Well located, quiet stay

Really enjoyed staying at the quiet standard double room with bathtubs. There were a safe box, central heating, and an iron provided. The service was terrific. Besides, there was parking nearby.

We greatly enjoyed this place - charming small hotel.

amazing access to parks and cafes near montparnasse

I loved how I was just a few steps from the local cafes and only a short walk to the famous Montparnasse Tower with amazing views of the city. The friendly staff and cozy amenities made it a perfect base for exploring Paris on foot.

We had a lovely time during our eight-night stay, enjoying the warm and cozy room as well as the daily cleaning that kept everything fresh. The hotel offered some great relaxation options like a nice lounge area and a lovely garden for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Just a heads up, the stairs can be a bit steep, so consider that if you're carrying heavy bags. 😊

Small room and no refreshments anywhere (water could not even be bought) breakfast overpriced, so opted out

Silent and nicely furnished units with coffee, bathtub, as for instance. Particularly good and stunning location, next to an underground station if needed. Loved busy area.

Amazing place with reliable Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. I remember how the staff helped me return my sim cards left in the room. I'm excited to come back for a city break!

The hotel was convenient for Metro and restaurants. It was economical and basic but clean and efficient.

Reception was open at 1.15am which was a relief after a 13 hour train journey.The room was spotless, modern and well-equipped. The bathroom too.Staff were helpful and straightforward.It's location was a boon - 3 minutes from Gare Montparnasse and 6 metro lines.

The area is vibrant, and we loved being close to the Tour Montparnasse and enjoying the local cafes. It's just a short walk from the Gare Montparnasse. Highly recommend checking out the fresh breakfast options and the friendly staff.

One downside was the room lighting.

I found the staff very nice and helpful, and the location suited me very well. The room, although small was very nice, and the bathroom even more so.

Our room was quite small - perhaps ok if you were traveling with handluggage only but it was a bit uncomfortable with a standard suitcase each to access plus laptops and small pieces of handluggage. Our bathroom had a barely-tolerable stench due (we hope!) to the old plumbing system.

I loved the cozy feel of the Standard Double Room at Du Parc Montparnasse. The bed felt super comfortable. The location couldn't be better, sitting near multiple metro stations made getting around Paris easy. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Delicious breakfast options included fresh pastries, fueling my mornings beautifully. The room lighting was a bit dim for reading, a bit annoying. It would've been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room for snacks and drinks. With all the great cafes around, it was hard not to take some treats back. It fulfilled my needs just fine, but a few tweaks could make it even better.

Great location and easy to get around Paris from here as a home base. People were friendly and helpful.
